Safeguarding vulnerable people from radicalisation - Prevent

Workshops to Raise Awareness of Prevent (WRAP)

The LBHF Prevent team are delivering a number of upcoming Workshops to Raise Awareness of Prevent (WRAP). This free training covering all forms of terrorism, including far right extremism and some aspects of non-violent extremism only takes 90 minutes and is designed to increase public awareness of the risks of radicalisation, and the role we can all play in safeguarding those who may be vulnerable to it. The session will also discuss vulnerabilities, the radicalisation process, how some people are groomed by others, the work of your local Prevent team, and how staff can safely share concerns regarding this form of harm.
